Hubbell's highest rating, Av. The legal services provided by the firm span
local governmental and municipal bond law, administrative law, natural
resource and environmental law, commercial and banking law, and civil and
appellate litigation. In the latter regard, the firm is particularly
strong in the areas of public liability, civil rights, employment, and
personal injury litigation. The firm also has extensive experience in
construction claims litigation, and litigation of design negligence cases.
Overall, the firm is well balanced and can provide its clients with a
full range of services. It is believed, however, that as the firm has two
members who focus primarily, if not exclusively, on litigation (Mr.
Salzburg and Mr. Freudenthal), that it is well suited and able to provide
